Using Cardify

By creating an account or using Cardify Games, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16, use an account you are allowed to use, and give accurate information when ordering.

You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly at security@cardify.games if you think it has been compromised.

Connected gaming profiles

Cardify reads public profile and trophy information for the gaming username you enter. Adding a username does not prove that you own that gaming account. Do not use Cardify to impersonate, harass or misrepresent another person.

Digital collections

Cards, packs, themes, rewards and collection progress are features of the Cardify service. They are not cryptocurrency, investments or redeemable cash. We may correct errors, rebalance future pack definitions or withdraw unreleased features, but will not deliberately alter immutable card snapshots already in your collection.

Physical card orders

• The price, delivery charge and contents shown at checkout apply to that order.
• An order is not paid until Cardify confirms and receives the separately arranged payment.
• Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes after full payment.
• Personalised cards may have different cancellation rights, but faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe other customers' data, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious material, or use Cardify in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Cardify accurate and available, but third-party gaming profiles and providers can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Ending the service

You may disconnect a gaming profile or delete an eligible Cardify account from Account. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, with notice where reasonably possible. Terms that need to survive, including payment, ownership, liability and dispute provisions, continue after closure.

Changes and contact

We will give reasonable notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere in the UK of mandatory local rights. The courts available to you under consumer law remain available.
